He already knows it right? When dojun got drunk. He's really manipulative
most of dojun insecurities are linked to his past and the doctor knows nothing about it, he knows 1/100 of what makes dojun uncomfortable, if he was manipulative in the past he seems pretty genuine now
okay the doctor comment may be a bit insensitive but he sure didn’t say it with malice or to hurt dojun, he’s not in dojun head, he doesn’t know his weaknesses and insecurities. While we reading it mostly from dojun pov the doctor is totally clueless about any of his thoughts cause dojun still didn’t open up with him
