I think so too. Also, considering the personality of Oto-san, I think he's probably not into polygamy or won't even choose to be in a relationship with either of the twins. But, who knows?
I think it was stated on one of the chapters that there will ne story about shuu and oto. So it’s probably shuu the one who brought food during rain.

a lot of ppl seem to think theres gonna be a poly kinda thing but i don think so?? Imo the twin with the hair parted to his left is gonna be the main one but i might be wrong
edit: meant the twin with his hair parted to his right,, the twin that came to oto-san's house in the rain to cook him and michi food :)
