he does genuinely like hachi. all it took was for him to be educated about gay culture to understand that he was truly wrong for the thing s he would say. it’s because he likes hachi so much that he wants to trick him because hachi hurt him, naturally he’d want to be petty.
I have to say I'm so confused about Amami's intentions tho. I reread the whole thing...and I don't quite get him. When did he go from "I hate fags, I dont like Hachidori messing with me" to "I want his dick"?! At some point he was talking about him being straight and wanting to get a call girl. Then he goes on about how he want to trick Hachidori infront of Hinata, and then it seems like he genuinely likes him. I'm confused lol
