I'm not so sure about the pheonix and past life part, but those 2 are Jaemoon's secretary and Jaemoon's cousin. The cousin l, Youngmin, was attacked in the past and got saved but he didn't remember his saviour. Now apparently it seems like secretary Kang is the mysterious saviour.
