No. Actually, the side effect of using an hourglass will only make her sleep all day to restore her drained energy. But it had no effect on her health or growth.

Actually, the strength of the hour glass she has, comes from the blood of her biological father :))

im still halfway thru this so i don't know if this is already answered.. but aside from being tired and losing stamina (and possibly her lifespan), will aria grow older faster if she keep using the hourglass? there was a chapter before where her height significantly change overnight.. might be because she grow physically older faster as a side effect?
