Have you even been reading the fucking story? Nine is more than an employee, he is a close friend of Melissa. Before being an employee, he has been her friend. Even reading this chapter, you can see clearly that the author is expressing that Melissa is in the wrong here. Nine had never looked down on Melissa, and he’s not trying to fucking control her. As instructor said, he is concerned because Melissa is strong, therefore she is taking risks. That is why he is concerned!!
