I’m confused can someone explain to me what’s going on ???

Basically Barrett pretended to be sick because of the gps chip he has on so he could make the doctor (Jian) ask for the security team to turn it off. When they turned it off he ran away to sleep with people and then charge them for it. That's why he said he made $200.000 in just one night.
