Well it is an unpopular opinion but I'm glad many people share it (given the number of upvotes compared to zero downvotes), since you are absolutely correct!
I’m sorry but I just had to come back and say this: I really hope she doesn’t forgive her brother straight away. I mean he, the only person with a job in their household, left her for half a year and didn’t visit her (I’m assuming he can leave where he is currently staying) or even send her a letter. She probably feels like utter shit knowing her brother practically abandoned her and forgot about her. I know he probably had his reasons but he’s kind of a shit person for leaving someone who depended on him (yes I’m assuming she didn’t have a job based off of his dialogue, he seemed like he wanted his sister to relax more than anything.) I know this isn’t unpopular opinion and that people already knew this I just had to get it off my chest
