I'm pretty sure Katsuya realized Tooru's feelings for him (as he said "that's for my sake"). I actually like the fact that the author didn't make Katsuya a dense character/idiot that can't connect the dots :) But I would certainly love a continuation where Tooru finally admits his feelings.
Now that one I would enjoy!
No love,resolution,reciprocation...soooo sad and frustrating. Katsuya saying that it's lonely, even as he holds the one he loves, that just broke my heart.
