Ohhh.... this is a theory, but I am sure he used his magic. Also, I am sure he want to learn magic early to prevent her from dying again. But I’m curious. Does he realize that she remembers too? I bet he does.
also, I have a theory that she didnt go back to her old life bc he changed the novel after she died, like he actually loved her and used his magic to go back in time, instead of falling in love with the other girl
I think Jade was the one who "came back to the past" or "was ththe one who reset the time".
