But he can’t take care of it or he can’t get the baby to stay beside him because of jingyao’s family is fighting to be the heir of their business. If jingyao’s relatives knew the existence of rourou, they might use it as a weakness for jingyao to relinquish his right to be the heir of the company. That is why he finds a person (which is yiyi) that can take care of rourou while he deals with the heir problem within his family but then it just happened that one day he needs to take rourou under his wing because I think jingyao’s uncle is trying to investigate him or something.

I think when yi yun already applied for hiring surrogate mother for the birth of a child, jingyao is already on a lookout of a person that he can trust with taking care of his child which is rourou. Jingyao stumbles upon yi yun during his search and decided that yiyun is perfect of what he’s looking for that is why he meddled yiyun’s sperm and store it somewhere safe (which eventually got stolen by jingyao’s relative thinking it was his) and put his sperm instead on the surrogate mother.
