Im aware that he is but I did know she will marry this guys omo haha I think i missed something. Ive read too many manhwas that im mixing the stories/plots

Well they're blood related but cousins marriage is still common in asia until today, maybe that's why the author doesn't see the problem, also the setting is not modern, so i think cousins marriage is probably also common in the west countries in the past?
