ML remembers the previous timeline. After MC's death, ml goes crazy as in the original novel, but by releasing all his magic power he manages to turn back time taking them back to childhood, but by doing so his body has a side effect, that at any time he can die, when he returns to the past he thanks having her back by his side and promises not to endanger MC again.
The MC thought that if moria could return to her original world and leave the novel but as we know it was not so.
The words MC doesn't remember was from ml telling her, "the throne was never important to me... the only thing that mattered to me was you."
