One of them does say no when he doesn't feel comfortable doing it and the other guy ignores his pleas to stop (Epi 30). This happens in the later episodes and from the new episode (40) he does bring it up but he doesn't say it was rape. I guess it depends on how you see it. I still don't feel comfortable about the scene in episode 30 since the guy clearly wanted to stop but that's my opinion.
