Roku feels guilty in the end because he is a tween and there is a special bond between tweens but he was busy living his life to pay attention to his brother. It's like if your brother vomited suicide and you feel like you should of been there for him. In the end he starts to realize he had seen signs that there was something wrong with Kei but brushed them off. I feel bad for Kei because he has been bullied and abused his whole life by other kids and he feels the only one he has is his brother. (Not even parents are there) Kei knows his brother would never accept his feelings so he tries to fill his emptiness with someone else. But in the end realizes he is only hurting himself more, he doesn't fit in with his peers and no one pays attention to him. No one loves him, he looses his brother and thus no longer exists. He kills himself so Roku doesn't try to "have something" with him just to keep him alive. But now Roku feels how Kei was feeling, empty without your twin....Master piece
