Candy doesn't have a scar...Hajun just speculated it on his own because he saw blood in Candy's sleeve, but it could have just been his own blood that splattered onto Candy or Candy just got minor wounds.

Candy is Hajun childhood friend ,and on the last day before he move from that neighborhood , Candy and Hajun got into an accident . (Probably) During Hajun at hospital , Candy already move from there and Yunjae pop out nowhere makes Hajun think he is the "Candy" he use to be friend with , those scars is the evidence . But i think Yunjae scar actually from something else , but where the heck Candy scar is ? since its not even shown on his hand..
