I think she's childish because she ha decided to live her childhood again to the fullest and actually act like a child as in the previous timeline she spent too much time worrying about the novel plot. So to live her life to the fullest she needs to also have that immature and childish attitude that she couldn't express in this world at the start.

I wonder why they make a isekai plot with a 30yd that is so childish and immature, it’s like their mentality regresses with their reincarnation. And it pisses me off that she keeps saying that she is old. Btw, wasn’t she the one that stated that he turns into a tyrant because of her death, so why the heck would she want him to be a tyrant now? Makes no sense. Girl just enjoy your new life and stop thinking about the plot.
