The Duke finds out after hearing that everyone close to Lucia knows her real name. (Damien, Butler, Queen, Princess, Author/Friend)
He confronts her about this after they confess but she says something like Vivian is a special name that only he gets to call her and he calms down, but it is gonna be a long while away -_-
