Like please the very first few chapters we saw how sad and dark rebecca’s childhood/past was. like oh my god I cried. Even if they were machines, we saw the death of a whole planet. The torturing. The actual deaths.
When people complain about art designs that is a weak argument
Akira Toriyama Rumiko Takahashi togashi yoshihiro and tite kubo is there signature trademark Style when they are doing their work think of it as like a marketing brand it's only a problem when Hiro mashima does it because of whatever feelings they had against Fairy Tail
yes!! plus mashima likes to carry on a lot of elements from his past works like in fairy tail, there were some rave master references

You would think 140 chapters in, people stop complaining and comparing to fairy tail. Did you read this just to compare? You can CLEARLY see how different this story is and how dark it is.
Who cares if he’s reusing designs or names, fairy tail was literally a copy of designs also.
The fan service here is obvious but isn’t actually annoying.
Hell, we see death way more here and oh my god the backgrounds of some of the characters is seriously just sad.
