Oh good, I thought I was being a dick for finding this kinda hilarious. Hopefully this will die down soon enough, but until then, fingers crossed. (⊙…⊙ )

I'm highly amused. Not sure if for the same reasons tho. People were acting all high and mighty like they are the paragons of justice (buhuhu she'll quit because you guys are criticizing her works) while reading it for free. Now they try and act like saviors and they get blocked.

I'm horrified because, I don't see it as @Digitalpixie does, I thought they meant well and it backfired kinda hilariously. I'm amused because of the overreaction on both sides. I can't criticize anyone for reading illegal manga scans because I do the same thing, the fact that I buy mangas is irrelevant since I still read mangas here. So I'm just watching this unfold from the sideline. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Maybe we should try to be more understanding. She could've seen it as a troll due to the spamming. Didn't she say she was scared?

sensei said that she had to alter some parts in the manga bec shes told that theyre too brutal so international readers tried to encourage and show her some love by tweeting her but unfortunately it backfired as she blocked them on twitter. thats the basic thing. to understand how things gone wrong u have to scroll down and read the comments below.

Oh i'm not trying to be rude or anything. I said that because i work in publishing, not mangas but books, and the matter of fact is that writing is a job like any other and the writer a product that the publishing house can sale.
So, if in the future, she or her editors want to expand to a international market she cant act like that. She's jeopardising a potencial market.
And to be honest she could had always used a translator,
But. who knows, maybe japanese editorial market is different ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I didn't see it as rude.
Ah I see. There were ways she could've said it better. Who knows? Maybe she did try to use a translator and it sucked. We all know google translate sucks. And maybe the Japanese editorial is different. But they're all just maybe.
