Idrc if Jooin ends up with Cain or not. My problem is that Jooin is always getting upset when Cain is just trying to care for him whether it’s as lovers or friends. Jooin should be glad he has someone who AT LEASTS shows that he cares (lovers or friends) doesn’t matter to me. Cain is a nice caring and loving person and he’s doing his best while wanting Jooin to be safe and happy. But Jooin CONSTANTLY gets mad? Jooin left Cain hanging instead of fighting off Yahwi like tf? You agreed to his plans, left him hanging and hardly apologized for it?

Exactly. That's why i said "when things settle down". Of course the confusion Jooin is having valid. But he must also recognize that while he was in an unstable state, be brushed aside a person who genuinely cared for him and did not took advantage of him when he was vulnerable. So when Jooin gets enough time and settle his thoughts, it's only right for him to hear Cain out and turn him down properly and perhaps say sorry for treating him badly when things were rough.
i do see that yahwi is toxic, there are things from the past that are not forgiveable if its just for me. but my opinion comes with the understanding that all of these are FICTION and bound to happen because this is what the author wants. and just like other typical stories, character development or redemption arc is present almost all the time. as much as we want cain to be treated well by jooin (most people hope jooin chooses him) we all know who is the mc here. :'|
