I read it in spoilers something about how he wont kill the emperor
spoilers:
if i remember, he didn’t kill the emperor but rather turned him into a sword so he couldn’t never die by chars hand or anyone. correct me if i’m wrong, but he does this so she wouldn’t leave him, since she basically wanted him to help her kill the emperor, and if she DID kill the emperor, he would be no use to her anymore. but when she sees that the emperor is a sword, she realizes how crazy the ml is, cause he basically betrayed her and is lowkey obsessed with her. that’s why the title of the story is named like that, she ran away after realizing how much of monster he is

hmmm that’s true! ig what made her mad tho was that she didn’t do the actual revenge, he did it for her without consulting about what he was going to do- it wasn’t the original plan they were going with, he just decided to act crazy
