it seems pretty obvious but i think woojin didn't know that haegyung kissed him that time. since he was asleep, or he didn't remember because he was sick. so he didn't know that his grandfather came in.
haegyung felt bad they were seen, or the grandfather told haegyung to stay away from woojin. that's why he cut off woojin.
and woojin didn't know, and he thought that haegyung hated him that's why he left him.
