DeepL is the best machine translator, but I really don't recommend working on translating a language you aren't fluent in. Machine translators are very very rarely accurate, especially in comics which have complicated speech patterns.
It would be best if you found a translator (actual person) to work with while you edit. I am saying this as a scanlator.
