No I think she told a half truth, I’m pretty sure the real truth is the contract between her and Osiris. Someone mentioned in the comments that Osiris told Seth exactly what she said just now so maybe that played a role in telling the truth

i thought nephyst loved seth :c I'm a little disappointed, i was thinking that she lock herself because she loved seth, not just because he was her husband :c and the scale didn't even move
i really thought that she did what she did because she loved seth, and wanted to give him a son, maybe I'm wrong and she lies pretty well haha but if not I'm a little sad
