I am guessing that just the translation... stomach being used to mean somewhere in the trunk of the body.. I could be wrong, but it's more logical

The baby...is in the stomach....the one that is full of acid.... where we would literally digest ourselves if we didnt have a mucous membrane...and the baby is in the stomach...not an uterus. Well I guess he is a male but not the stomach sis
