I have no idea if they're distributing it to other sites but I just use google translate that can be used on the website and pay through paypal.

If you have a couple of bucks to spare, buy some chapters of the novel on official sites like Munpia. Since if the novel's sales decline, there is a high chance of it getting discontinued and we don't want that.
A dollar can approximately buy ten chapters!
