Fr ppl (especially on tiktok) act like sololevelling is some god level, father of all manga, best manga to ever exist and it’s sooooo annoying. Like it’s good, but def not as good as other stuff I’ve read. Not to mention I’ve finished the novel and the ending isn’t even that good. T_T
So true, i like overpowered mc’s but if he’s to op it just kinda gets bland since no one can compete with him. Like 20-30% of it is carried by the art ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

There is the holy trinity web novel right. Omniscient reader's viewpoint, trash of the count's family, and the S-class that I raised. Solo leveling premise is actually very basic but the art is v prettyT_T

Solo Leveling had potential in the beginning however author got too caught up in trying to make Jinwoo look cool, he forgot to put a personality. Like honestly, a houseplant is more dynamic than his character. Not to mention, the ending basically threw away every "worldbuilding" the author had.
thank God I'm not the only one who thinks this way, like solo leveling it's good and all, but ╮(￣▽￣)╭ i don't know something is missing haha thank you guys, i will start reading this s-class one too
and i think solo leveling got so hyped that when you start reading it's like a break of expectation

Concept is good and storyline initially good too, but it plateaus and goes downhill imo. Compare it to a web novel series like The beginning after the end and it has no chance...
I think The beginning after the end is better than trash of the counts family so far but this is also good. Haven’t read Trash novel so can’t compare novels but TBATE novel is way better than the manhwa version
definitely this one and trash of the count's family are my two favorites webtoons, they are so good i really love reading them.
