It may seem impossible but I have a guy friend who got dumped coz of same reason. The guy is like a prince. Lol. This friend of mine is handsome, rich and sweet and since they in a long distance relationship he make up for it for sending the girl chocolates or flowers every week. The girl got so overwhelmed she dump him. Hahaha

idk your friend and his ex personally so i can't say much but for this kind of thing to happen in general, i'm guessing maybe to them, the guy happens to be too good to be true and they feel insecure cuz of that? but yeah i still can't understand how someone can even dump a loving and dedicated partner just like that...
