i think it’s cus he’s the ruler of an empire and heinrey’s the ruler of a kingdom but i’m not sure

im not really sure but based on my understanding, heinrey's land is considered only as kingdom because it was previously said on some chapters in the past that its not that strong or big yet to go against the ex-husband's teritory. Like they are not that really equal in strength yet, that's why heinry's teritory is considered kingdom while the ex-husband's is considered as an empire.

I accidentally upvoted. Anyway I think it's because Sovieshu's an empire and Heinley's a kingdom. You get what I mean?

An emperor is, for example is like our president of the United States of America. A king is, for example is like a mayor of a specific state.

There are kingdoms within the empire, the same way how countries have cities or how the USA has states

Isnt it a different country? Like some has presidents and some has kings. I dont think the emperor overruled the king coz it's not his land.
