if it updates and there is a .1 at the end of the number, it means it's colored so don't expect.
Yes I know, but it there is literally nothing on the notification/updates for updated manga on our personal pages, until you know, YOU ACTUALLY click on the manga itself to check for the chapter updated. So basically I'd still be clicking on it to check and still being disappointed to find out it wasn't an actual new chapter regardless.
you can get notifications if you want just add the manga in "im reading this manga" and you will get them
Yeah I know that, what I meant is that there is no telling that it would be a colored chapter until I actually click into the Shokugeki no Soma page from my notifications page for my read manga to see the actual chapter number.

I think the colored versions are amazing... and people worked at it... they make me happy, why can't we be grateful and think "great! this is so nice while I wait for next chapter!", instead of "this is disappointing"?
Well sure they've worked on it, but a colored version isn't really that necessary in retrospect for people who just want to read the manga: can't please everyone I guess. (No offense intended)
Yes you're right: they can't please everyone. And I understand what you mean... It is frustrating when we don't see a new chapter. I was trying to be optimistic and maybe share my love for drawings XD
Every time I receive an update for Shokugeki no Soma, I keep thinking: "Yay! Great! The manga's updated!" But to no avail I continue to disappoint myself when I find it out it's just a colored version of the last chapter. Am I the only one?
