They are now big and healthy, and my precious and cuddly children (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ. The fact that I unironically call them "my babies" when I usually HATE that kind of thing says a lot, lol . They're a pair of brothers and based on their personalities I named them Edo and Alphonse ("Edo" being short for "Edward" with a Japanese accent, lol! What can I say, I'm a FMA:B fan and the personalities fit SO WELL)
I think the cutest thing is they got used to cuddling on my chest and the crook of my neck as kittens, so now they still do that as adults

Lol, I'm glad you enjoy their names too! Best moment for me was when my mum started to explain their weird names to the receptionist at the vet's (mum's also an FMA:B fan) and the receptionist was like "Oh, I know. I love that show too!" XD. Made my day, lol!
And omg, I believe it! My mother is well on the way to blossoming into a true Crazy Cat Lady(TM) ( ̄∇ ̄"). She's got our original 2 and is trying to socialize another 3, but it's slow going...and she wants to create a fenced off area in the back yard to move some of the feral colony when she has to leave the trailer park . There's too much time and money and effort invested in that colony now for her to just peace-out, she's rescued, cared for, spayed/neutered, and sent around 30 kittens to the SPCA/other homes, as well as trapped probably 5-7 feral cats to get *them* spayed/neutered
It's literal insanity! LOL
Lol, this chapter is giving me flashbacks to last spring--there's a feral colony of cats in the trailer park where my mother lives, so she spent a lot of last spring and summer catching kittens, doing all the steps talked about in this chapter, and then passing them onto the SPCA to get spayed/neutered once they were old and social enough and then adopted out into homes :)
(I ended up keeping the first two she caught who were sick since I was the one taking care of them and I got attached )
