Thats right. That night, Louis obviously recognize Maetel and gave consent to have sex with him. So basically its not rape at all. Its just Louis didnt remember what happened that night cuz he was drugged not drunk.
I feel sad cuz Maetel thought Louis just got drunk. He thought bcuz Louis recognize him that night, Louis will remember what happened so when Louis act like nothing happened that night which he really did not remember make Maetel angry but he cant stay angry too long at Louis.
