I can't really remember all of them but if you notice the details added in the story, it would make much more sense why they're that way
It also points to the fact that iruma currently holds the "ring of gluttony" which also represents ''greed & bottomless pit"
I really like the elements they put in the story like Iruma's endless greed bcs humans are the greediest beings in the world
