it's because work life IS actually shitty like that sometimes,, there are hierarchies in place in many work departments which is, unfortunately, a harsh reality...
There are going to be people who talk smack about u, gaslight you, harass you and also gossip about u,,
sadly that's why there's a lot of reports of sexual harassment from superiors (towards anyone but esp if you're a woman), and people's mental health not being the best so they leave.. Or force themselves thru it bc they need the job bc they need money and nothing else is available
I think this manwha is incredibly realistic 'cause this is 100% a problem in toxic workplaces... just bc someone is an "adult" doesn't make them more mature,, adults will act childish, and immature especially for their own gains or amusement
this sounds so negative and disheartening but it's a harsh reality that younger people don't realize but I swear not all workplaces are like this,, there will be toxic ones but !! there's also good people elsewhere
i think the main concern in this manhwa is the way mr seo is being treated by those not in his current department. it’s frustrating because i don’t think we get to see his previous department get what they deserve. they’re a bunch of scum and i don’t know why the author is portraying work life like it’s elementary school.
