((TBH, the sex scenes don't even feel particularly erotic or kinky [or fan service-y?] like in other stories with smut. It feels more natural, like, it's normal for them to have sexual desires because they love each other... that kind of thing. NGL tho, Kotaro's obsession to scent can be labelled as a fetish LMAO))

Yes! When you have a partner, you should always meet half-way. Always find the time to clear up the air. Worrying over things like "I will hurt them if I say how I feel" or "It's not a big deal, I'll just ruin the mood" is what endangers a relationship. It's natural that tending to wounds, little or not, will always sting in the beginning. But the important thing is that, at the end of the day, it will heal. So never leave it alone and let it fester.
Leaving concerns unsaid will just build up overtime. Eventually, lying/hiding things from your partner will become a normal thing -- and it would tax one's mental health. A relationship won't keep itself afloat. Always find the time to address concerns, and acknowledge the good things. People grow and change, so it's a healthy practice to keep each other on the same page. Even old couples with 30-40+ years of marriage still manage to learn new things about their spouses.
It warms me that this story addresses these type of things, which are normally brushed off in other romance titles where the main couple always somehow figure out what the other wants as if they have some built-in telekinesis.
