I don't think He ends up with anyone. He just said hi to Yule at the end that's all. You can also see that Yule was not looking at Kang soo directly, maybe he was ashamed and wanted forgiveness. Don't worry uke is not that stupid enough to go back to him.
I read till ch 19 and i am sad, i am angry, i am crying painfully if that make any sense. I want to read because i wanna know what happens, i want retribution, for him to know how much he wronged him. But i just got spoiled that they end up together. Does that make any sense. I wanted him to have break through his trauma, live his life properly, not going back to his crazy lover who gang raped him. This is just sick
