Help pls

Does anyone know this manhwa. It’s shojo, and it’s about mc who’s an emperor/king and he like neglects his wife cuz she’s such a perfect empress but I guess just boring. And she dies maybe(?) that part I can’t quite remember. But then mc goes back in time to when he’s a kid again and this time declares he will treat his wife well. And she comes from a family that abuses her and he buys her new shoes. And then mc’s parents who are the emperor and empress basically make the fl’s parental custody null and void and she comes to live with the mc at the castle. I think fl had silver hair too but I can’t remember.
