Just a theory. Emma was jealous of Elios' girlfriend so she tried to kill her but she ended up killing Elios. In that Pannell in chapter 69, I saw a starnd of hair in the left corner as she stabbed Elios, so he must've tried to defend his girlfriend. His clothes in this chapter is also the same as the clothes in the chapter where he was stabbed (c.69) so I guess he'll die in the next chapters.
