Oh are you really sure? Because there's a LOT of things happening. So excuse me for wrting nonsense here because I don't wamt people to see this comment unless they really want to see the *SPOILER*.
So yeah, again.
Spoiler alert!

So the new continent? Yeah, definitely not friendly. Like, AT ALL. Their magic is not really as advanced as MC's place here, but their civilization is more technologically advanced? Well, as much as that era can, that is, but there's already hints of that from the spy bird they caught, yeah?
At that new continent, there's someone who actually knows Art as Grey. Idk who that man is exactly but he's also fixated on making Art suffer.
Betrayal. There's a LOT of them. Betrayal from the dwarves (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸. Betrayal from the elves (the ones in charge). Betrayal from someone you really like (and I'm effing sad about that I wish that person is not "that" ಥ_ಥ).
You're going to hate Tess (a lot more if you already hate her). There's no betrayal from her, but she just made bad decisions. Like a lot. But some of it is actually caused by something else but yeah. Bad decisions.
DEATH FLAG! DEATH FLAG!
I won't tell you who but you're gonna be mad and sad.
At the end, this magical continent here will get defeated entirely. And Art? He's gonna get destroyed at lost his body and power.
BUT!
But....
He's gonna get "reborn" and get new powers. And then a new, awesome, definitely my fave character will appear with Art's new body!! All this happened at the other, hostile continent, btw lol. He somehow got over there, don't ask me how, let's just say it's magic. So with a new body, a new companion, and a new name, formerly known Art here will start a new adventure! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

**SPOILER*** SO PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FAST IF YOU DON'T WANNA SEE!!!
Yeah. The betrayals man. I mean, I understand from the humans, because yeah, human sucks. I understand from the dwarves because they really sus in the novel and MC never really got close to them. The elves though? Really a tough blow. That one elf betrayer really brought down the entire elf race. I can't even get the satisfaction of that person's regret seeing the downfall of their race from their own actions, because the enemy killed that person quite fast.
Not exactly reborn in the literal way from a womb actually but more like his whole body got remade. Restructured. Basically a whole new body. And yeah, the relationship got strained because of plot, not gonna spoil you with the why and how LoL. Honestly at that point, the plot got really messy and stuff. That's why the plot after the "rebirth" part is really refreshing.
That's why other than Art and Sylvie, if you like any other characters, be prepared for something that may or may not happen to them.
I'm not sure exactly where I read it but here's the top result of my Google search: https://www.lightnovelpub.com/novel/the-beginning-after-the-end-novel-24041419
Also, I found out that there's not really much chapter updates from my last read so I'm gonna wait until at least 200+ chapters pass. At least.
Ok so anyone here still updated with the novel? Like, how is the flow of the plot?

Last I read it I feel like killing everyone, the author, and my own self for submitting myself to the torture that is the current arc at the time. I wonder if it got any better?
