I agree 100%! Its often better to choose the person who you can hold onto and work to love, rather than the person who you can easily love but can't hold onto. And you can truly love someone even if you still have the past in your heart.
this is like my 5th time reading this manhwa... all of this author's works are fucking amazing... some people are hating on hyunwoo, but his situation is realistic asf, hes questioning his sexuality after realizing his feelings towards subin, and being jealous while confused.. in his situation i think the real take away was that you only cherish people around you when you realize theyre leaving you for someone more deserving... and hoesntly for subin and jun they werent even an ideal couple, their love grew from needing someone to love instead of loving eachother... and you still kinda sensed that subin cant forget abt hyunwoo even tho he loves jun... well lesson of the day is that no one is perfect for eachother, relationships only grow through effort
