The time when I saw him with that girl on the bed it keeps repeating in my mind and I can't focus at everything coz it bothers me I feel disgusted when I saw that part and UGH...I broke so many things in our house by accident coz that scene keeps recalling in my mind...help anyone any tips how to remove that scene inside my head and everytime it recalls I always feels disgusted about him... WHY?
