Im telling you she has a valid reason of being worried about the rumors. Its not just "people pleasing" it can be a big problem.

Yeah you're right about the image part I understand that but those workers work for them so they shouldn't be so comfortable with talking badly about her and so openly may I add because that shows they have no respect for who they work for which means they should be fired (which she's saying no to) those type of workers would be the reason why a bad rumor even starts so if you get rid of them before it can get worse why not just do it?
Yes. I mean we've thought through this very deeply compared to how the Fl in the manhwa is faring so far. And yes i agree they should be fired and set as an example to the rest of the employees. But its not a good idea to purge the lot of them. Since thatll create even more complicatiin and additional headaches. But yes you are absolutely right in the context that the characteristics of the FL enables her to be timid in a way. Shes touching the surface of the problem but shes not quite getting the bigger picture quite yet so yeah i can see why you guys say shes soft.

I guess you can say her not firing them is out of kindness but others consider kindness in the wrong situations as being soft so I guess we're just looking at two sides of the same coin but I haven't read far yet so I may just be making assumptions guess I will have find out!(⌒▽⌒)
