I don’t think it’s puss kink I think Cha kyunjoo was trying his best not to embarrass woo young by making a big deal about. The last thing you do to a pregnant person is act disgusted or smth about them peeing. So I guess cha kyung was just the mature person and comforted woo since let’s be honest who would want to deal with a even more emotional pregnant person .
