Can someone help me find a certain manga. It's about to people and the seme left the uke suddenly. Then years later the uke stumbled upon the seme who left him with his child. The seme lived with them for a bit and that's when they made developements. Later the seme found out that the child wasn't actually the uke's father. And that the uke just proposed a marriage to his wife (whom is dead) when she confessed to him that she's carrying a child
