i think it depends on the story cause some reincarnation stories say that they are in a young body for so long that they act the age that the got reincarnated with but others stay the same as when they died so it rlly depends. for this one i'd say their previous ages

So mentally 35 but physically 13. There could also be the instance where they lose some memories or gain the memories of the person that they reincarnate into so it depends.
17 for the second scenario. that’s when she died so that’s the limit to her mental capacity. she hasn’t experienced what normal 20-30 year olds have so i can’t say she’s in that age range. her brain never fully developed so the max will always be 17

So I'm curious how you guys determine isekai/reincarnated MC age ? For example, MC is 20yrs old in her original, then she isekai to a 10yrs old body, is she 10yrs or is she 20yrs old ? What would you expect her to behave ?
Then let's say, MC is 15yrs old when she died, got reincarnated as a baby and lived upto 17 yrs old, then reincarnated again at age of 10 and currently is 13yrs old => you guys would consider she is 35yrs old or what ?
