I don’t mind yawhi slander but in any situation you will have to learn to see others point of view and realize not everyone is outgoing & not everyone is raised the same or raised by an adult at all not everyone has role models yawhi was by himself his wholeeeee life so obviously he’s not gonna open up in a snap of a finger and he’s stand off ish because he has to be or he ends up getting used...
I honestly think this chapter went over y’all’s heads ? Lol this wasn’t to win you over you guys died to see what he was thinking boom ! You got it lol now it’s seen as “OMG STOP TRYING TO WIN US OVER” The rape was wrong so was his dumbass decisions but the character has flaws he never shared his space before he was used to people taking so much he just gave money because that’s all he knew...no real friends, no guidance, no role models... this chapter was about him learning to share his space with someone who didn’t come in his life to to take take take and keep taking all they wanted was happiness something that wasn’t materialistic and he didn’t know how to give that he was raised materialistically and he was never happy with his own damn life so why would he be able to make someone else happy... that’s what I took from this chapter lol but others it just said
