I was thinking that too but then I saw a panel that showed she had bandages on her arms so maybe she's currently hospitalized? Also, there's a chance our mc might've convinced her to let him take the blame so she can recover. I'm also thinking she actually could be related to mc (im simply speculating based off the fact they both have black hair look similar lol) I'm curious to see what happens and I she makes an appearance.
Right? I'm speculating that he's taking the fall because the girl might be someone he's related to/close to and she's done something wrong that our mc is trying to shield her from. I really love our mc and I think there's a variety of reasons he could be shielding her like this
