I know. That's my pet peeve in other reincarnation stories that I've read so far. The adults just blindingly accept how extraordinary the child MC is and somehow, it becomes normal for them to hear the child talking about things that even adults sometimes have a hard time understanding.
That’s one of my favourite things about this story, all her schemes and the way she carries them out are really natural and she speaks and suggest things in a way that are not strange for a ten year old (other than when she’s 100% confident about something like she is with the doctors assistant). The suspicion is naturally flowed into the story as she does all these supposedly incidental but smart things back to back. which is great because THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGED IT AS BEING SMART, opposed to just brushing it off as a child being a genius or just adorable (ie Lady Baby - love the story but it’s ridiculous)..... lol didn’t mean to write a para but TLDR; totally agree both you and the other reply

100% agree with this. I dropped Lady Baby pretty much as soon as I started it because of this. They called her a prodigy for doing things and being smart at such a young age when the only thing I could think about was how dumb everyone around her are for not questioning it and how utterly stupid she is for not trying to act like a normal kid and masking her supposed intellect.
GAHHHH yes. I also hate it how they use a idea from the original world (basically earth and whichever country they reside before they died) and then they claim that idea as their own AND BOOM OMG A GENIUS.
Oooo i really like how they are suspicious of her cuz shes so smart. Most reincarnation bullshit manhwas and mangas just keep calling the MC a 'genius' SHES 10 JESUS CHRIST ARE YOU GUYS NOT BEING SUSPICIOUS AT ALL???
