go to https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/blind_play/, on the left of the screen there is a flag click it and at the top it says report
Go back to the manhwa main page (where you see the info and the chapters from it) look for a Icon of white flag on a little box, it's only the left side of the screen (the side of your heart).
You need to click on others and say the reason why.
